We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Processing time
Each illuminated artwork is printed, assembled, and inspected after you order. Orders normally leave our Los Angeles, California facility within 2–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.
Transit and tracking
Delivery time begins after the order ships and varies by destination and carrier. Tracking information is emailed when available. Carrier delays, severe weather, and address problems may affect delivery.
Shipping area and address changes
We currently ship to valid U.S. delivery addresses. Please review your address at checkout. Contact us immediately if it needs to be changed; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
Damage or delivery problems
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost, email hi@backtobasicme.com with your order number and photos when applicable. We will help resolve the issue.
