1-Year Limited Warranty
Back to Basic Me warrants the LED backlit frame, internal illumination, power adapter, and controller included with your purchase against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date your order is delivered.
What this warranty covers
If a covered component fails under normal indoor use during the warranty period, we will review the claim and, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective component or product with the same or a comparable item.
What this warranty does not cover
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, modification, unauthorized repair, or use outside the product instructions.
- Damage caused by water, moisture, outdoor exposure, power surges, or use with an incompatible power source.
- Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, cracked glass resulting from impact, or damage caused after delivery.
- Perceived color or brightness differences caused by screen settings, room lighting, or normal print variation.
- Artwork or components altered after delivery.
How to make a warranty claim
Email hi@backtobasicme.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video showing the product and issue. We may ask for additional information to diagnose the problem. Please do not return an item until we provide return instructions.
Returns and shipping damage
This warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy. If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the shipping box, packaging, and product so we can help resolve the issue. Return eligibility and return shipping are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Your legal rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
